Fisher-Price Elmo’s Greatest Hits

Elmo is still one of the ultimate figures in children’s television today, and given the fact that Sesame Street remains an institution, that isn’t surprising. That is why Fisher-Price continues to create new Elmo toys that bring the character to life, and incorporates it with other educational and entertainment needs of small children.
This toy isn’t as grating as some of the other Elmo products, such as the Tickle Me Elmo that became so popular for some ridiculous reason in the 90’s. It has several songs that are played by pushing the button. They are sang by Elmo himself, and each are one of his ‘greatest hits’ from Elmo’s World.
There is an image of Elmo sitting on the side holding a microphone, with a headset on. It doesn’t do anything besides play those songs, which makes it a great choice for younger children, usually between the ages of 9 and 18 months. It is also lightweight, and rather small, so they can hold it easily in their hands.
The only real negative about this is going to be the noise to the parents. We all know how irritating it can get listening to the same songs and noises over and over again, but that is an occupational hazard of parenthood.
