CoverGirl has always been famous for their cosmetics, and their ability to push the envelope in offering some new to their customers. But it is in mascara category that they have always stood out, constantly updating old favorites, and coming up with new ones.
The CoverGirl LashBlast Length Mascaras are the newest under the brand. Sold in water resistant or easy-to-remove, LashBlast uses Elasta-Nylon, a patented CoverGirl formula, to extend eyelashes for significantly greater length. There is also a volumizing mascara under the same line, which thickens eyelashes.
Users shouldn’t expect miracles from this product. You won’t end up looking like the models that advertise this stuff, as they are wearing fake eyelashes to get that full, fringe look. What you should expect is a significant increase to length. According to CoverGirl, this is an 80% increase versus bare lashes, but this is an extreme estimate.
In the end, LashBlast Length Mascara is yet another wonderful cosmetic from CoverGirl, but it isn’t a replacement for fake eyelashes, which are a pain to use. Instead of trying to go for the unnatural thickness and length models sport, enjoy having longer, darker, natural looking lashes using LashBlast. It looks less ridiculous that way, anyway.
